Why ERP and Integration Matter
When a product’s ERP code, website SKU, marketplace barcode and integration record do not match, processes can quickly break down. Stock may display incorrectly, prices may fail to update, orders may reach the wrong warehouse or products may never go live. Such issues often stem from a deeper data-model problem than the error visible in the panel.
I treat integration as a traceable process from source to destination, rather than simply enabling a connection. The authoritative source for each field, update frequency and error-checking procedures need to be clear.
Systems I Work With
I have worked with Nebim V3, Tiger, Logo and DIA on the ERP side, and Entegra, Sopyo, Newento and Entegrapi for integration. I consider the data structures of T-Soft, WordPress and İkas alongside Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and other sales channels.
I can interpret XML, REST API, JSON, Excel and CSV data in the context of business processes. This technical understanding supports clearer communication between operations teams and software or integration providers.
Common Integration Problems
Common issues include mismatched product codes and barcodes, incorrectly linked variants, warehouse stocks combined into a single pool, updates overwriting promotional prices, delayed cancellation or return status in the ERP, and incomplete order lines.
Before addressing an issue, I establish its source: ERP data, an integration rule, channel acceptance criteria or a scheduled update. This sequence supports an evidence-based solution rather than trial-and-error changes.
How I Work
I first map the current data flow: where products are created, which fields go to each system, which warehouses contribute stock, when orders reach the ERP and which team owns each data set. I then prepare checklists and sample records for critical fields.
Where needed, I develop Excel comparisons, API tests or small Python validation tools to identify inconsistencies automatically instead of reviewing thousands of records manually. The aim is to make existing systems more reliable without adding unnecessary complexity.
Project-Based Support
I provide analysis and implementation support for ERP migrations, changes of integration provider, new marketplace connections, warehouse restructuring and recurring data-flow errors.
A shared language between technical, e-commerce and operations teams is essential. I translate business needs into technical requirements and technical output into practical operational checks, helping processes remain sustainable after implementation.
